WEW creates an environment where all women feel a sense of belonging. The organization honors other groups that have defined boundaries and designations. However, in business development and corporate settings, people often say "that's not my territory, so I can't do business above or below the line." Or they claim a specific "coverage area." WEW respects these operational processes and procedures but wants every woman to be an investor with ownership and the freedom to cross boundaries to help others.

 The goal is for women to cross continents as coaches and move mountains as mentors, freely sharing their knowledge and experience. WEW has retired the "Woman of the Year" concept, as the organization wants all women to understand and feel the depth of their own value. As such, Dawn Miller of Palm Beach Gardens, FL will hold the honorary "Woman of the Year Emeritus" title for the life of the organization. Dawn received a special proclamation from Mayor Reed in the spring of 2024 in recognition of this designation.
